Binder
AONE is a high molecular weight water-soluble acrylic copolymer, which is an "AllinOne" binder with good dispersion performance, suspension stability and excellent adhesion to active materials. Through the design of the structural unit of the polymer chain and the specific synthesis process, AONE has a high molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution, so that it can still show good adhesion at a low dosage. AONE adhesive has good flexibility, which solves the problem of high brittleness of traditional polypropylene adhesives.
Lithium supplement additive
LFO, full name lithium rich ferrite (Li5FeO4), is a lithium supplement additive material, which is added to the cathode for use. During the first charging process, sufficient lithium is released to compensate for the lithium loss of the negative electrode, so as to improve the battery energy density and cycle performance.
PI new material
ZONE is an oily binder containing modified PI special polymer. Z ONE binder combines the advantages of "soft segment" and "hard segment", and has excellent flexibility and electrolyte resistance.
